After a referral from our neighbors who had just worked with Alex and The Berman Group, Alex was out the next day after we noticed a leak from our roof to patch it and make sure that we didn’t have any issues while we worked through the insurance claim. He advised me on how to best work with our insurance company and handled most of the conversations with Allstate himself as our contractor (which was a HUGE help and relief). Once we worked through the insurance claim, Alex worked with us on scheduling our roof replacement and took weather into account to make sure they had everything completed in only ONE day. They were courteous and arrived early but only began (the louder) work after the HOA-allowed start time. They checked to make sure that all debris was cleaned up and even checked with our neighbors to ensure that their properties didn’t have any residue of our home improvement project. They were professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely hands-on throughout our entire project, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly! We would give them 10 out of 5 stars if we could because of how much work they took off of our plate and how comprehensive their service and partnership was.
